Mark has something other painters don’t: a general contractor background. That allows him to better understand aspects of the home such as the foundation, the framing, the plumbing, and the wiring.

And on every job, somebody is there to supervise, just to make sure. Supervision not only guarantees the job is done professionally, it ensures no spot that’s supposed to get painted is missed, whether that’s the inside of a closet or a back side of a wrought-iron fence. “It’s sad to see a homeowner with a brush touching up,” Mark says.
